Today I wanted to share a song I love by Shimshai called "Be Here Now", I posted this to help myself & others remember to live in the moment and seize the beauty and potential within each of us & each moment.



Have you ever read to famous book by Ram Dass called "Be Here Now"? If not you should also add that to your reading list.



It's an incredible book about how former LSD scientist Robert Alpert, friend and colleague of Timothy Leary, went to India to learn from the illustrious guru Neem Karoli Baba also known as Maharaj-ji, and how his life was transformed by living with Maharaj-ji and how he became Ram Dass. It's a cult classic book! Definite Must Read!!!
